Meditation

Dear  Universal Family,

I know that many of us have recently transitioned to working from home in the past few weeks. Working from home may sound great. We can sleep in, wear whatever we like, and make ourselves a homecooked meal. But I feel, working from home is tough because there can be so many distractions, very hard to create boundaries, and it's easy to get stressed without social interaction.

But there are many ways to make the most out of #stayathome -

We kicked off this year’s radio show with information for successfully navigating 2020 from Psychic Dawon Washington and Numerologist Alice Rosen. Now that the excitement of entering a new year and a new decade has been overshadowed by the realities of the coronavirus, the stock market volatility, the elections, the daily news and the challenges in our own lives, this is a great time to revisit what Dawon and Alice shared with us. Here are a few highlights.

Everything is made up of energy and the energy that we put out into the world affects us and everyone else. Dr. Masaru Emoto proved this concept when he showed how our words actually change the molecular structure of water even when you just write the word on a piece of paper and place it on top of the water. Words like “love” and “gratitude” create beautiful shapes that look like snowflakes, whereas words, like “you fool” create ugly shapes. Since our bodies are made up mostly of water, the words we use affect our health.

Logic vs. Intuition

Brain researchers estimate that there is 10 million times more information in our intuitive, creative mind than in our logical mind. Einstein understood this. He said: “The only really valuable thing is intuition.”  “I sometimes FEEL that I am right. I do not KNOW that I am.”
