Yoga Nidra is a beneficial practice that can inform the whole of your life from your meditation, creativity, memory, sleep, ability to manifest and spiritual transformation. It is a full and complete practice on it's own but also incredibly supportive for whatever spiritual practice you are undertaking and your life in general.

These days, the adverse effect on our immune system is majorly from the stress. Stress causes migraine and leads to many mental and physical problems in our body. Yoga has an overall approach towards improving physical strength and relaxing mind and body. An hour of yoga can keep the body and soul at peace throughout the day, making us happier and motivated to work without lethargy.

Having 2 days off in a row is considered a weekend in my muggle mind, so last night as I prepared for bed, I readied myself for the ‘work week’ ahead…except tomorrow was Thanksgiving Saturday! The bonus weekend was about to begin so my yogi mind took over - the message was clear - selfcare time was mandatory.
